i celebrate life

I am not one for politics, and quite frankly I did terrible in social studies my whole life. But one thing I do know is that I don't celebrate death. I also don't think that the death of one man can drastically change anything. Wouldn't you be extremely upset if someone took the life of your family member, or church leader? I just think that this man's death is the birth of someone or something else.

I don't celebrate death, I celebrate life. Maybe this is a good thing for our country, but I don't believe in killing others. I don't like that people have guns. I don't like war. I feel like a hippie. I want peace and love. I guess this is all above my thinking. Do you win a war because you killed the most people, or you killed the most important person on the opponent's side? Or do you win when one side gives up?

Do unto others as you would have others do unto you. [Matthew 7:12]
I was never baptized, never raised going to church. I have attended different churches in my life, and when I was younger I visited a church camp. It is even RARE for me to quote a verse from the Bible. I try to live by that everyday, and I feel that the world would be a better place if every did the same. No matter what shape, size, color, age, religion.
With that, I had a conversation with my daughter today. She said "arrrr", and smiled.
I celebrate love, life, and a safe place for my children to live, grow and prosper. That is my focus, my goal and my ultimate dream.
